Cancellation Policy
Please Note; Even though the booking is indicating an end at 11:30pm, your stay at the Ecoliving Lab experience end the following day at 10am. Should you require multiple day bookings, please connect at hello@mpolodesigns.ca to manage this booking. Your entry is at the side of the home and you will be sent your entry code the day of your arrival along with the entry and welcome guide and survey questions we ask to make your stay the best it can be. I am also collecting anonymous data points on your impression of your stay with regards to sustainable practices and well-being and look forward to your input and support. Thank you!
